- As an Inside Sales Representative you will apply your skills in social networking and business communications to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals.
- Dealing with sales enquiries and opportunities for a designated portfolio of customers based within Secondary Care
- Consistently meeting personal objectives and delivering individual and team periodic / quarterly / yearly sales targets
- You will also be taking care of every aspect of the customer service, both via phone and email
- This role requires effective customer relationship skills, commercial acumen and the ability to effectively negotiate
- The successful individual will be accountable for a defined sales territory within UK & Ireland with clear goals and a great deal of flexibility in how you approach this task
- This is a remote job located in the United Kingdom
- Role available as part of a team expansion
- Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to within agreed timescale
- Delivering the appropriate service level for all customers
- Booking appointments for the Territory Sales Managers to attend face to face
- Recording and processing enquiries within the business sales portal
- Identify and establish upselling opportunities where possible and relevant
- Coordinate, progress and communicate installation with customers where relevant
- Conduct courtesy and information gathering project calls as required and as required and as directed by the Sales Director and relevant Territory Sales Manager
- Collate all relevant detail and documents to provide a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate database of business generated and corresponding business movements
- Utilise and update sales portal to manage sales
- Record the results of any courtesy call project accurately in the required format
- Work with and support internal colleagues to ensure team sales targets are met and projects are delivered, accurately and on time
- Working closely with the field based Territory Sales Managers within your designated geographical areas
- IT Skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM
- Experience of selling in a Business to a Customer/Business to Business environment delivering on business and customer expectations
- Organisation & Prioritisation: time management prioritising workload in a pressurised environment delivering on a business and customer expectations
