As demand grows across North America, we are partnering to help them expand the US team and are looking for Strategic Insights Consultants with deep experience in healthcare market research to lead high-impact projects and shape client strategy.

The Role

As a Strategic Insights Consultant, you will work directly with leading pharma and life sciences brands to translate complex data into actionable business insights. You will design and manage robust quantitative research, lead client relationships, and help shape how healthcare brands understand their customers and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of quantitative market research projects (e.g. ATU, segmentation, demand studies, message testing, tracking)
  • Translate research findings into clear strategic recommendations that drive decision-making
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs, frame problems, and guide methodology
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and project teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Present insights to senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops
  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members

About You

We are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, a commercial mindset, and a passion for healthcare.

You’ll likely have:

  • 6+ years of experience in market research, ideally with a focus on pharma, biotech, or med-tech
  • Strong hands-on experience with quantitative methodologies and survey-based insights generation
  • Solid grasp of data tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience leading client relationships and presenting insights at the VP/Director level
  • A strong communicator who enjoys turning data into compelling stories
  • A background in consulting, research agencies, or pharma-side insights teams (a plus)
