Our client is expanding their capabilities and seeking a dynamic Pharma & Healthcare Strategic Insights Consultant to lead high-impact, global market research projects in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech sectors.

🔎 About the Role

As a Strategic Insights Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their growing quantitative research function. This is more than just a research role — it’s a chance to influence decision-making at the highest levels in healthcare by delivering deep, actionable insights.

You’ll lead global tracking studies, ATUs, segmentation, and demand assessments, and play a strategic role in building internal capabilities and driving methodological innovation.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔬 Project Execution & Insights Delivery

  • Design and deliver complex quantitative research projects end-to-end
  • Build powerful, insight-driven surveys aligned with client goals
  • Oversee data analysis, interpretation, and storytelling that drives decision-making
  • Present findings to global pharma, biotech, and healthcare clients

🛠️ Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Refine methodologies and improve operational efficiency
  • Champion industry best practices and emerging research techniques
  • Keep ahead of the curve in quantitative insights

🌱 Capability Building & Mentorship

  • Mentor and coach junior team members to strengthen internal expertise
  • Support L&D initiatives through training development and delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to evolve the insights offering

🌍 Business Development & Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to strategic proposals, methodologies, and marketing content
  • Help nurture and grow key client relationships
  • Position the company as a thought leader in the healthcare insights space

💡 About You

You’re a data-driven storyteller with a passion for healthcare innovation. You’re excited by the prospect of shaping how leading companies understand their markets and make smarter, patient-centric decisions.

✔️ You’ll Need:

  • 6+ years in quantitative healthcare/pharmaceutical market research
  • Strong experience in ATU studies, segmentation, tracking, and global research
  • Proven ability to engage with clients, lead complex projects, and communicate insights clearly
  • Fluency in survey design, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
