đź’Ľ About the Role

As a Quantitative Researcher, you will lead the design and delivery of global market research projects across healthcare and life sciences. From initial scoping and survey design to final analysis and client presentation, you will be responsible for driving high-impact insights that shape decision-making at the highest levels.

You will also play a key role in evolving their internal processes, training and mentoring team members, and contributing to business development through thought leadership and client engagement.

📌 Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Insight Generation

  • Design and deliver end-to-end quantitative projects, including ATUs, segmentations, and demand studies
  • Write clear, strategic surveys aligned to client objectives
  • Oversee methodology, programming, fieldwork, data cleaning, analysis, and reporting
  • Present findings through compelling data storytelling and client-facing presentations
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders across meetings, workshops, and reporting sessions

2. Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Continuously improve research processes to enhance efficiency and output quality
  • Drive best practice implementation across project lifecycles
  • Stay abreast of industry innovation, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of quantitative research in healthcare

3. Internal Capability Building

  • Deliver training and upskilling programmes in partnership with L&D
  • Mentor and support team members looking to deepen their quantitative expertise
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve our cleint’s quantitative offering

4. Business Development & Thought Leadership

  • Shape proposals and pitch documents with robust methodological recommendations
  • Develop marketing and thought leadership content (e.g., decks, white papers, LinkedIn posts)
  • Support client retention and new business by consistently delivering excellent work

🎯 What You will Bring

  • 6+ years’ experience in quantitative healthcare market research (pharma, medtech, biotech preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of methodologies such as ATUs, tracking, segmentation, demand research, etc
  • Proven track record in survey design, data analysis, and client engagement
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visual analytics tools
  • Familiarity with statistical software/tools for data cleaning and analysis
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for innovation and mentorship
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across diverse project teams
