💼  About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join a high-performing healthcare sales team, covering a newly created, high-potential territory.

This is a strategic, NHS-facing role focused on driving growth across Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) consumables, working at all levels of secondary care and procurement.

You’ll play a key role in developing accounts, winning new business, and delivering value-led solutions that improve patient outcomes.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Account Development & Growth
✔ Achieve sales targets across consumables product lines
✔ Build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders
✔ Identify & convert new business opportunities
✔ Collaborate on cross-selling with capital sales teams

🔹 Strategic Planning
✔ Contribute to regional & account business plans
✔ Support stakeholder mapping & targeting strategies
✔ Build and execute detailed account plans
✔ Support forecasting & demand planning

🔹 Customer Engagement
✔ Deliver product demos, trials & training
✔ Support IPC implementation in healthcare settings
✔ Ensure a high-quality customer experience

🔹 Collaboration
✔ Work cross-functionally with clinical, marketing & technical teams
✔ Align internal stakeholders to customer strategy
✔ Support onboarding & product rollouts

🎯 Key Skills & Experience
✅ Proven success in healthcare / NHS sales (ideally consumables)
✅ Strong understanding of NHS procurement pathways
✅ Track record of exceeding sales targets
✅ Experience in business development, key accounts & stakeholder engagement
✅ Confident delivering product demonstrations & training
✅ Strong planning, analytical & communication skills
✅ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
